The workouts are the reason you book. The people and the adventures are the reasons you come back. Here's a look at the standout moments on every Salt Escape, from cenote swims in Tulum to boat days in the Caribbean.
Every Salt Escape is built around two coached sessions a day, proper recovery and a private chef cooking every meal. But tucked in between are the moments that you'll be telling everyone about when you get home. Not the PBs or the burpee counts. The other stuff.
Here's a selection of our favourites for anyone who wants to choose their Escape by the moment, rather than the map.

There are 6,000 cenotes in the Yucatan Peninsula. Natural sinkholes formed over thousands of years, flooded with groundwater so clear and still it looks like glass. The Maya believed they were portals to the underworld, which feels entirely plausible when you're standing at the edge staring down. On the Tulum Escape, you'll swim in one with your crew, natural light dropping through the opening above. It's unlike anywhere else on earth.

Ok, we struggled to pick just one on this Escape. Day four ends on a catamaran with a South African braai on deck: meat, wine, the mountain fading into the horizon as the sun drops. Before that is Chapman's Peak, run before breakfast with the crew, which is one of the most scenic roads on earth. And then day five promises morning kayaking with dolphins and seals. Cape Town packs more into a week than most destinations manage in a fortnight.

Post-morning-session, it's into the jungle. The hike takes you through dense rainforest on the Nicoya Peninsula: howler monkeys in the canopy and the humidity of a tropical afternoon. At the end is a waterfall and a natural pool, and the only thing left to do is dive right in. A private chef-prepared picnic will be waiting on the bank when you get out.

Every Salt Escape has its boat day. The Caribbean one might be the best. A private boat, the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic, turquoise in every direction, empty beaches accessible only by boat and the feeling of being off the tourist circuit. Cold drinks on deck. No agenda. It's the most memorable day of the week, without fail.
